Using an emotion-focused and trauma-informed approach, we seek to address the unique and individual needs of our clients. Ali is passionate about working with those navigating life’s challenges. She works with individuals and couples in her current therapeutic practice. With a background in grief and loss, Ali is skilled in working with individuals to process the emotions that arise after difficult experiences or traumatic events in life.

Katie Johnson, BSc, MACP.
Registered Psychotherapist

Katie has a passion for working with young adults and relationships with food/eating disorders. She currently works with all ages in her therapeutic practice and has worked with youth in differing capacities for over five years. Katie enjoys coming alongside individuals to walk through life’s journeys while navigating different feelings and processing experiences.
